At ParadaLuxe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories and components.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used pet products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, ParadaLuxe will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team for assistance.
